Day 278

The floors are all installed and the first coat of sealant (Bona NaturalSeal) has been applied:

Today, they’ll get another sanding and another sealing. Then, much like my cabinets and countertops, they’ll disappear under a layer of ram board to protect them from the next step: interior painting!

Seems like a lot gets rolling next week. We’re looking at the aforementioned painting, plus railing installation, the return of the tile team, and the beginning of demo for the remaining hardscape.
