Tile Moving Day

The Heath Tile Shed (Peninsula Version) is officially closed!

I spent some of yesterday and alllll of today laying out tile. Here’s Buckwheat 3x6s for the Downstairs Bath walls:

And here’s the two side walls of Mid-Century White for the Girls’ Bathroom:

Final version of the back wall in Coastline 3x3s. I could marinate in this tile.

And finally, here’s the Laundry Room [Closet] feature wall. This was a great way to use up extra tile and was shamelessly cribbed from this amazing installation by Mercury Mosaics. The white tile at the bottom will be hidden by our washer and dryer.

On Friday, the garage door was installed. We need to use a key to get into the house now!

Crown moulding was also installed. I don’t hate it and it makes the Husband stupid happy, so I’m guessing it will stay [as long as I continue not to hate it].

Next up: tile installation (!!!), stucco brown coat, and landscape planning.
